[Abstract] This research employsresearch methodssuchasliterature review,practical investigation,anddataanalysis to explore physical education teaching methods based on the improvementofcollge students'physical fitness.The findings reveal a"grade inverseratio" phenomenon incolege students' physical fitness,which means thatas academic pressure increases and internship frequency increases,the physical fitnessindicators of older students show astepwise decline;And studentsfrom diferent majors show significant differences inqualitiessuch as reactionspeedand balance ability.Theresearchalsoidentifiescoreisues includingregional imbalances inteachingresources,divergentstudent interests,andsingle traditional teaching methods.Specifically,therearesignificantdifferences intheleveloffacility construction; Sports preference is influenced by gender and upbringing environment; The standardized training models thatoverlook individual diferences and other contradictions.Itissuggested to constructa teaching optimization path that includesadynamic assessment systems,task-drivencollaborative scenarios,and full-cyclehealthmanagement.This canbeachieved through intellgentresource sharing,interestoriented coursematrices,andcoordinated "sports-healthpsychology" interventions,in order to solve thecurrent obstacles in college students' physical fitnessdevelopment.
