[Abstract] Traditional national sports are an important carier of Chinese culture，and their inheritance is facing a complex situation of coexistence of opportunities and challenges in the new era.This paper systematically analyzes the practical significance of the inheritance of traditional national sports，focuses on the core problems such as the discontinuityof the inheritance subject，the lag of dissmination methods，the imbalance ofresource distributionand thedeviationof policy implementation.It proposes a practical path to build multi-subject collaboration，digital technology empowerment，balanced alocationofresources and dynamic institutional optimization，aiming toprovide theoretical referenceand practical inspiration foractivating thecultural vitalityof traditional national sportsand promoting its innovative inheritance.
