高职院校校园游泳文化建设的价值、困境与实践路径

[Abstract] Basedonthe methodsofliteratureresearchandlogicalanalysis，this studyfocusesonthe value，dilemma and practice path of the construction of vocational collge campus swimming culture.The study found that the construction of vocational colege swimming culture canstrengthen the education function，enhance thelife resilience， empower professional developmentand forge resilientcharacter.However，inreality，it is generallyconstrainedbythe structural shortage of venue resources，the weak endogeneityof the teaching system，adeep shortage of profesional teachers and the normal block of security risks.Based on this，the paper puts forward the practice path of integrating the govermment and enterprise resources to jointly build ashared swimming pool space，reconstructing the curriculum moduleto meet job literacy needs，upgrading teaching staff to createa composite teaching team and optimizing the management mechanism to strengthen risk prevention chain.
