数字化在足球体能训练中的应用研究

[Abstract] This paper uses literature reviewand logicalanalysis to explore theapplication valueand implementation strategiesofdigitalizationinfootballphysical training.Theresearchshows thatdigitalizationcanimprovethescientific andaccuratenatureoffootballphysicaltraining，enable thedevelopmentof personalized trainingprograms，fectively prevent sports injuries，and enhance the efficiencyof training efect evaluation.Therefore，with the helpof wearable devices，dataanalysis systems，andvirtualsimulationtechnologies，itisconducive toachievingaccurate colection，indepthanalysis of training data，and scientific decision-making.Based on this，this paper proposes application strategies suchasdatadriven traing，inteligentdeviceassstance，virtual senesimulation，andonlinecollborativemanagement， aiming to provide references for the modern transformation of football physical training.
