Effect of demand-oriented nursing on postoperative comfort and complications in patients undergoing robot-assisted liver tumor resection

AbstractObjective：Toexplorethectofdemand-orntedursingonpostopeativecomfortandcomplicatiosinpatientsudegoing robot-assted livertumorresection（RALTR）.Methods： 86patients whounderwentRALTRat Huai'anFirstPeople’s Hospitalfrom February 2O23 to February 2O25 were selected and randomly divided into the study group scriptstyle（n=43 ，receiving demand-oriented nursing） and thecontrolgou4eiigisig）.ealdatastoeaiecefotevledsigl comfortquestionnaire （GCQ），andcomplicationrates werecompared betwenthetwogroups.Results：Thestudygroupshowdarlier recoveryfbowelsounds，fistaaleaut，defecatio，andfistoralintakealongwihashorterlngthofhospitalstaycopaedtothe control group （ P <0.05）. Before nursing， there was no significant difference in GCQ scores between the two groups （P>0.05） . After nursing， GCQ scores were improved in both groups， with a more significant increase in the study group （P<0.05） . The total complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05） .
