Positioning accuracy and clinical value of robot-assisted surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

AbstractObjective:Toexploretheadvantagesofpositioningaccuracyandcliicalvalueofrbot-asistedsurgeryintetreatment of hypertnsiveitraceebralmohage (HCHbycomparingitsdiferenceswithtraditionalstereoacticframesurgeryMethods:68 HICH patients treatedatthe People'sHospitalofRugaofromJune2O23 toJuly2O25wereselectedanddividedintotheobservation group ( n= 33,receiving robot-assisted surgery) and the control group ( n =35,receiving stereotactic frame surgery).The positioning accuracysurcalaoaale(oe,toalisiesfaltkeale(S)orevelsd IL-6,incidenceofoplicatios,stoperativeecoveryndmedicalsourceonsumptionereomparedbetwnewooups. Results:Thepositioningerorintraoperativefluoroscopytimes,uncturepathadustmenrate,andoperativetimeiteseation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The success rate of deep small hematoma and the hematoma clearance rate at24 h after surgery intheobservation group were significantly higher than those inthe control group ( P <0.05). The GCS score,NSSsore,CRPlvel,IL-6lvel,andinidenceofomplicationat7daysaftersurgeryintebsevationgroupere significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05).The observation group had significantly shorter times of catheter drainage, cerebrospinal fluid recovery,and length of hospital stay than the control group ( P <0.05),but significantly higher medical costs ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Robot-asstedsurgeryforHICHhasexcellntpositioningauracy,whichcansignificantlyimprovesurgicaloutcomes, reducecomplicasroerolalcalcoerydeegthfopitalalouh assistedurgeryforHCislatielyghsadantagsiniprovinpatitprogosisndduinglogtecarecosaeeet indicating high clinical value and potential for promotion.
