AbstractObective：Toivestigate thereabilitationefetfulidimensionalmanagementsupportedbycloudfollow-upforpatints afterrobot-assteddialseoofctalanerMetods：26etalancrpantstreatdattheondAlatedHspialof Xi'an Jiaotong University from May 2O2O to May2O24 were selected.They were divided into the control group（ n 63，receiving routine intervention） and the observation group （ n⋅ =63，receiving multidimensional management supported by cloud follow-up） using the random numbertable method.Self-careabilityanalfunction，qualityoflife，andcomplicationrates werecomparedbetwenthetwogroups. Results：Befoeereatisallfteesieilitalfctalitfn the two groups （ P> 0.05）.Afterintervention，scoresacrossalldimensionsofself-careabilitysignificantlyincreasedinthetwogroupswith the observation group scoring higher than the control group P<0.05） .Theobservation group also had betteranal function than thecontrol group （ P 0.05） . Conclusion： The multidimensional management supported by cloud follow-up can efectivelyeanetselarebilityfpatitsudergngbotasistdradicalresetionofalaner.Itplaosiieolen improvinganalfunctionehancingqualityoflife，andducingtheiidenceofomplicatios，erebypromotingpostoperatioy.
