AbstractObjective:Toexploretheapplicationofcost-benefitanalysis (CBA)theoryinoptimizingoperatioalcostsandimproving eficiencyinobotasstedsurgeryiteupeofrovidngastisisfoduingstsdieasingobot assistedsurgery.Methods:305casesofrobot-asistedsurgeryperformedatourhospitalfromJanuary2O23toDecember023were selectedastheontolgropndteiroeratioaldataereolcted.bseqentlymultidisiplinaycollaboratieaaget teamwasestablised.UsingCBAteoryandtherainstoringmethodtoalyeeiiencyeveue,andexpenditureiditos,d optimizationstrategies wereformulatedbasedonthisanalysisesults.365casesofrobot-asistedsurgeryperformedatouthospital fromJanuary2O24toDecemberO24wereselectedastheexperimentalgroupandtheaforementionedstrategieswereimpleetedto evaluatetheiroptimizationeffects.Results:Comparedwiththecontrolgroup,theexperimentalgroupshowedsignificantlyimproved robotquipmetulidostatateadsigantductioiosuableotsergeryialy significant differences (P<0.05) .There was no statistically significant difference inthe average operative time per surgery between the two groups (P>0.05) .Conclusion:CBA theorycansystematicallyidentifykeyindicators intheoperationofsurgicalrobots,achieving cost reductionandeficiencyimprovement hroughprocessoptizationandmeasureimplementation.Thistheoryprovideshospitalmanagers withascientificatdrindcisiomakingtool,elpigtoancetatioaliiencyofgicalbots,osedial resources,and thereby serve more patients.
