Impact surgical qualifications and surgical skills on robot-assisted pediatric surgery

AbstractObjective：Tanalye theimpactsurgeonqualificationsandsurgicalskillsonrobotasistedpediatricsurgeryusingtheDa Vincisystem.Methods：Aretrospectiveanalysiswasconductedon794casesobotasistedpediaricsurgeriesperfoedat Children’sHositalfOcober22toecember223.Surgeonqualficaios，surgicalskils，andsurgicaloutcomsresatisaly compared.Results：Thesurgeries were performedby7surgeons，including4chief physiciansand3asociatechief physicians，with workingexperiencerangingfrom10to40years（1with0-20years，3with2-3Oyears，and3with30-40yars）.Allsrgeoswere pricientinlaparoscopicandopensurgeriesforelatedconditios.Chief phsiciansshowedsignificantlyeterperformanceinoative time，intraoperative blood loss，and length hospital stay （ P <0.05）. In robot-assisted laparoscopic pyeloureteral obstruction surgeries， chief physicianshad shorter operative times （P<0.05） .Thenumber cases required for4 the7surgeons toachieve priciencyin robotassisted pediatricsurgerywas6，，nd14espectively.Conclusio：Robotistedpedatrcsurgsareprimarilypdy seniorsurgeoswitextesiveexperiene.Whileoignificantdifereneinlangabilityasoservdtweenti，fians possess orerobustsurgicalsil.PriciencyintraditonalsrgicaltechnqusisciticalfoundationforpeforingDaVcirobot assisted pediatric surgeries.
