Application value of problem-oriented stress and adaptation nursing in robot-assisted gastrointestinal surgery

AbstractOectieoexplorethelcatvalueofprobemorietedstressnddaptatiusinginobot-asistedgastetial surgery.Methods：Aretrospectiveanalysiswasconductedonthe clinicaldataof122 patientswhounderwentrobot-assisted gastrointestinalsurgeryattheFirstAfiliatedHospitalofAirForceMedicalUniversityfromOctober2O23toJuneO24.Patintswere divided into the control group （ n =60，receiving conventional nursing care） and the observation group （ n =62，receiving problem-oriented stressndadaptationursig）adnitervetoetd.eriopativeidicatos，syholoicalresilee，self-aeabiyality flife，andcomplicationincidencewerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results：Theoservationgrouphadshorteroperativetie， lesintraopeatielodlossloveyfoeoslalsloeloventdgthf hospital stay compared to the control group （ P <0.05）.After intervention，scores on the Connor-Davidson resilience scale （CD-RISC），the exerciseofself-areagency （ESCA）andthequalityoflifeindex（QL-index）wereinceasedinthetwogroups，withtebseationgroup scoring higher than the control group （ P <0.05）. Compared to the control group，the observation group showed a lower overall complication rate （ P <0.05）. Conclusion：Problem-oriented stressandadaptationnursingcan efectively promote postoperative recoveryin patients undergoigrobotasistdstrotestialsugerycetiyholoicalsileeselareapacityndalityoflehie reducing the risk of complications.
