Clinical efficacy of robot-assisted “Pocket" pancreaticojejunostomy （with surgical video）

AbstractObective：Toinvestigatetheclinicaleficacyofmodifidpanreaticojejunalanastomosistechiqueinobtasisted pancreaticoduodenectomy （RPD）.Methods：101patientswhounderwentRPDattheFirst Afiliated Hospitalof Naval Medical Universityfrom March2015 toOctober2024 wereenrolled.Among them，51patientswhoreceived“HO”half-purse-string binding pancreaticojejunostomywereasigedtotheHOgoup，nd50patientshoreceived“Pocket”pancreaticojejunostoyweeaied tothe Pocketgroup.Perioperativeclinicaldata weresystematicallycollctedandcomparedbetweenthetwogroupsofpatients. Results：Nostatisticallysignfcantdierenceswerebservedbtweentetwogoupsinpostoperativehmoglobnlevels，utrioal indicators，liver function indicators，heart rate fluctuations，abdominal drainage volume，orlength of hospital stay（ P> 0.05）. The average anastomosis timeinthePocketgroupwassignificantlyshorterthanthatintheHOgroup.Nocasesofpancreaticfstulaoccurrdinthe Pocket roup，hile6asesdevelopedintheHOgroupandallrecoveredanddischargedaftercontiuousdrainageandpancreatice inhibitintherapy，withno mortalityineither group.Conclusions：Thenovel“Pocket”pancreaticojejunostomyhasadvantagesfeasy performance，ducedtimeconsumptionndlowerpancreaticfistulaiskinRD.Iotonlysignificantlyhancessurgicalsfetybut mayalso mitigate long-term pancreaticojejunal anastomotic stenosis， which has promising clinical application prospects.
