AbstractObjective:Toexploretheeficacyoflower-limbrhabilitationrobot-asistedtrainingbasedonhealthbehaviorinteraction theoryinpost-strokerehabilitation.Methods:Aprospectivestudywasconducted,and45strokepatientshoreceivedlowerlib rehabitationobsistediteefroFbuarytoJuar24eseledastotolgopileotats Whoreceivedlower-limbrehabilitationrbot-assistedtrainigbasedonhealthbehaviorinteractiontheoryfromFebruary2O24toJanuary 2025wereseletedasteservaiogoup.Telowerlibtorfuction,walkingbilityalaneabilityef-efcacy,ndualityof life werecomparedbetwenthetwogroups.Results:ThegroupmainefectsofFugl-Meyeraessmentforlowerextremity(FMA-LE), 10meterwalktstergcale),sesiofroeselacuesire(SE-C)drsic qualityof ifescale(SS-QOL)weresignificant,showingacontiuousupwardtrendintetwogroups.Theobservatiogrouphadhigher scores in FMA-LE,1OMWT, BBS, SSEQ-C,and SS-QOL than the control group ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Lower-limb rehabilitation robotassistedtrainingbasednealthehaviorinteractiontorycanftivelyimprovelowerlibotorfunction,alkingabilityalnce ability,self-efficacy,and qualityoflife instroke patients.
