AbstractObjective：To explore the application efect andnursing satisfaction ofstandardized enhancedrecovery after surgery （ERAS）raining inthe postoperativecareofchildren with Hirschsprung'sdisease whounderwentrobot-asisted laparoscopicsurgery. Methods：FromJanuary10，2023toJanuary23，2025，36operatingroomnursesfromtheFirstAfiliated HospitalofSunYat-sen UniversitywereselectedtoreceivestandardizedERAStraining forthepostoperativecareofchildren with Hirschsprung'sdisease undergoingodposicgery’tictoihrgsedhreicasst and practicalnursing performancebeforeandafterthtraining werecompared.Results：Amongthe36nurses，thesatisfactioscore for“trainingefect”wasthighst，hilethesatisfactionscorefor“trainingenvironmentandfacilis”wastelowest.Aftrainng nurses’teorcalowdgeofAcisdcptststdlroocrerytoaiest complication prevention and management，rehabilitation guidanceand follow-up were significantly improved （ P <0.05）. The completion timesforsuricalistumentispetionndprepaation，sterilearertablishent，interitetpeumaticompressdevice placementanddusnt，dsideboticositoin，nditraopeatiefultdentifcatindadingesigficalydu after training （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The ERAS standardized training for postoperative nursing of children with Hirschsprung's disease undergoingobotassistedlaparosopicsugeryaievedsignificantesults，withghsatisfactioamongurses.Therainghseancd nurses’rofessalmpeesutgeontdcilitsefuttiatiotopetg.
