AbstractObective：Toinvestigatethepreliminaryeicacyofrobot-asstedRetziusspace-preservingbladdernckrecostruction forrefractory bladder neck contracture （BNC）.Methods： Betwee August andOctober 2O24，threeadult patients with refractory BNC underwentobotaistedessae-presegbadccosrucatteparetUroloyicanProcales Hospital.AllpatintsdeveloedBNCaftertransurethralresectionoftheprostatefrenignprostatichyperplasia（BPH）anduderent multiplerethaldilations，withtwoaseshavingprevouslyundergoerepeatedtransurethalbladdernckincisiosResultslltee casesofsurgeryweresucesfullyompetedviaasix-portfuramtransperitoealaproachwitoutajorperoperativecoplicatios. Catheters wereremovedaftertwoweekswithsatisfactoryurinationandcontinenceduring6-8monthsofllow-up.Conclusion：The studyconfirmstatrobot-asistedbladdernckrecostructionwithpresevationofteRetzusspaccanachveradicaltreatmfthe pathologicalaatocalbsisofiaivelypeventtereassoatedwidooicsureyilesugial safety.Howeverwithlitedcaseumbersandshorterfolowupperiods，futurereseachrequiresmoreclinicaldataandlongtefollow up to comprehensively evaluate its long-term efficacy.
