AbstractObjective:To exploretheeficacyoflower limb exoskeletonrobot combined with warmacupuncture therapyin the rehabitationofelderlystrokepatients.Methods:FromDecember2O1toFebruary2024,45elderlystrokepatientswhoreceivedlwer limbexoskeletonrobotcombined withwarmacupuncture treatmentat Xiyuan HospitalofChinaAcademyofChineseMedical Scieces wereselectedastheobservationgroup.Matchedbasedonbaselinedata,another45elderlystrokepatientswhoreceivedtraditional interventiontherapiesduring thesame perodwereselectedasthecontrolgroup.Bothgroupsunderwent8 weksofcontiuous training. Thediferenesinlowerlbotrfuntion,alanefuctioctivitisofdailyliing(ADL),gaitpaameters,idencfee events,andrehablitationsatisfactonbeforeandafter8weeksoftreatmentwerecomparedbetwenthetwogoups.Results:fter8 weksoftreaent,tbservationgroushoedsignificantlyigersoesinteugl-Meyeraessmntfolowerextremity(A-LE), BergbalancealeB),oddrteldexaigsed,rdegthingle-upportstrydiaio satisfaction rate compared to the control group ( P <0.05).Meanwhile,the gait symmetry index (SI) and incidence of adverse events were significantlylowerintheobservationgroupanthecontrolgroup,withstatisticallsgnificantdiferences(<05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation treatmentcombininglower limb exoskeletonrobot with warmacupuncturecansignificantlyimprovelowerlimb motor function,balccidinerlyokeptitspreitrameesdueidenefdeseetsdc treatment satisfaction with favorable rehabilitation efects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
