Effects of root cause analysis-oriented core stability training on patients undergoing robot-assisted total knee arthroplasty

AbstractObjective:Toivestigatetheefectofrotcauseanalysis(RCA)orientedcorestabilttrainingongaitandrangeofmotion (ROM)inpatientsundergong totalkeearopasty (TKA).Mthods:10patints hounderenulateralobot-asistedKAatthe FirstAfilitedHospitalofAirForceMedicalUniversiyfromJune2O23toDecemberO24wereselected.Theywererandomlydivided into the control group( n =60,receiving routine rehabilitation training) and the observation group( n =60,receiving RCA-oriented core stabilitytraining)basedonteeabilitationtrainngmetods.Therecoerysatus,keeonditios,gaitparameters,ndolication rates werecomparedbetwenthetwogroups.Results:Compared withthatbeforeintervetion,bothgroupsshowedincreasedkesociety score (KS),educdip-ke-ankle(K)fstanglesandimproedO(P05).eservatigropshowdgherso, smaller HKA offset angles,and greater ROM compared to the control group ( P <0.05).After intervention,both groups had a reduction in tibialplateauposteriorinclinationangle,withtheoservation groupshowingasignificantlysmaleranglethanthecontrolgroup( P <0.05). Nostatisticallsificantdierecsresedineoroalemoalomponntgle,oroaltibialmpoeangleial femoral component angle between pre- and post-intervention for either group ( P> 0.05). Both groups showed improvements in gait speed, stridelength,andstridefrequencyompaedwittateforeerveon,ilegeateriprovementserefoudinthebseatiogoup than the control group (P<0.05) .The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05).
Conclusion:RCAorentedcorestabilitytrainingcansgnificantlyimprovegaitandkneeROMinpatientsundergongrobot-asistdTKA andeffectivelyreduce thecomplicationrate.
