AbstractObjectiveToexploretheinfluencingfactors ofpostoperativesleedisoders inpatientsundergoingrobot-aistedung surgeryasedontheiopsyhosocialodel,ndtoproposecorrspondingnursingcountermeasures.Methods:Aprospectivestudy designwasadoptd,ivolng2ptintsondewentobot-asistedungsurgeryatSangaiPmoryHospitalAfledtgi Universityfrom January2O21toDecember 223.ThePitsburghslpqualityindex (PSQI)wasusedtoasesstheirpostoperative sleep quality.Patientswitsepdisorderswereassgedtotesleepdisordergroup,hileteothrswereassedtotenonslepdisoder group.Theimpactsoflogical,sychological,andsocialactorsnostoperatieseepdsoders werealed,andident influencingfactorswerescreenedtroughmultiplelinearregressionanalysis.Targetednursingcountermeasureswerealsoproposed. Results: The incidence of postoperative sleep disorders in patients undergoing robot-assisted lung surgery was 56.92% . Multiple linearegresionanalsissodtatpreopeaienutrialstatus,postoperativepaisoe,umberofpostoperativeoplatios, postoperativerd,topatieietyndosopetieeprioreepetieingtorsfoie sleep disorders (P<0.05) . Nursing interventions should use a biopsychosocial framework to comprehensively improve patients’ postoperativesleepqualityConclusion:Postoperativesleepdisordersinpatientsundergngrobot-asistedlungsurgeryareinfluenced bybiological,oloal,dialctosgeedsingeesprepts’saitycei recovery outcomes.
