Research on the development status，problems and countermeasures of edible fungi industry in Liaoning province

Abstract：Ediblefungi hasthesignificantcharacteristicssuchasshort productioncycle，fastinvestmentreturn，andhigh comprehensivebenefits.Liaoningprovince isoneofthekeyedible fungi productionareasinChina.Throughanobjective evaluationof theoveralldevelopment status of theedible fungi industryinLiaoning province since the“13th Five Year Plan”period，thearticle deeplyanalyzes the prominent problems in thecurrent industrydevelopment，such as relatively lagginginstrainselectionandtechnological inovation，prominentshortcomings intheindustrial infrastructureconstruction，inuficientlevelofdepprocessingofteproduct，andsvereshorageofinustrialsientificandteological talents.Finally，policyrecommendationsareaccordinglyproposedtoacelerate the high-qualitydevelopmentof the ediblefungiindustryinLiaoningprovince，including strengtheningresource protectionandutilization，upgrading facilities and equipment，promoting the extensionofthe industrialchain，and strengthening talent teamconstruction.
