Effects of different maturity on the post-harvest storage quality of Grifola frondosa

Abstract:Toclarifytheefectsofdiferent maturityonthepost-harveststoragequalityofGrifola frondosa,ETpackaging box were used to package fruiting bodies with diferent maturity,and the weight lossrate,respirationrate,browning index,and textural quality were measured during storage.The results showed that under the condition of 4∘C ,different maturity had diferent degreesof influenceonthe weight lossrate,respirationrate,browning index,andtextural quality. Among them, the 70%-80% maturity demonstrated the best preservation effects,maintaining relatively high hardness, along with lower weight lossrate,respirationrate,and browning index after6daysof storage.The principalcomponent analysis extracted 3principal components,with acumulative contribution rateof 79.305% .Chewiness and hardness1 Were identifiedaskeyindicatorsafecting thestoragequalityofGrifolafrondosa.Theresearchresultscould provide theoretical basis and reference for the application of Grifola frondosa harvestingand preservation.
