Field application effects of biocontrol agent C2o2201 against binglang taro leaf blight in Fuding

Abstract: Binglang taroisaspecialtyofFuding city.Its plant has been afected byleaf blightforalong time during their growth period.At present,chemical control methodsarenot goodandare prone toenvironmentalpollution.Therefore,in thisstudy,threestrainswith chitindegrading properties preserved inthelaboratorywereusedtoscreenforbiocontrol bacteriathathaveapreventive efecton binglang taro leafblight.Afterscrening,fieldtests wereconductedto spraybiocontrol agentsandCK(without spraying),andtarobulbgrowth indicators,harvestrate,leaf disease control efectand changes insoil microbialpopulationwere measured.Theresultsshowedthat strain C2o220l,whichhadabiologicalcontrolefect on leaf blight disease wasscreened.Combined withtheresults of whole gene sequencing,strain C202201 was identifiedas Bacilusparanthracis.TheapplicationofC202201bacterialagentcansignificantlyreducethedisease ndex of taro leaves affected byblight and improve the yield of taro underground corms.The yield of the C2022Ol group was 93.33% and theleaf disease index was19.19,reachinga high levelof diseaseresistance.Compared with CK,thecorm harvest rate increased by 8.33 percentage points,and the leaf disease control efect was 57.91% .After the application of C202201bacterialagent,thestructureof soilmicrobialcommunitychanged,andcompared withtheCK,thenumberof chitindecomposing bacteria increased significantly.This indicates thattheapplicationoffunctional C20220lbacterial agentcanregulate thestructureofsoil microbialcommunityreduce therelativeabundanceof pathogenic bacteria,and thus reduce theoccurrence of diseases.Thestrain C20220l provides areference for the research of biological control products for the leafblight disease of binglang taro.
