Research on the development status,problems and countermeasures of edible fungus industry in Guizhou

Abstract:Edible fungus iscultivatedona largescalein Guizhouandservesasakeypilarindustryforadvancing comprehensiveruralrevitalization inthe province.This studyanalyzes thecurrent status,existing problems,and proposed countermeasures forGuizhou’sedible fungus industy.Itpointsoutthatissuessuchastheneed forimprovedqualityof edible fungusstrains,insuicientvertical integrationoftheindusty'svaluechain,iadequateagiculturalsocialices, and the lackofcoordination between thedevelopmentof theedible fungus industryandenvironmentalprotectionare severelyconstrainedthesustainable growthoftheindustry.Recomendations are putforward,including strengthening the developmentoffungus strainchips,extending theediblefungus industry’svaluechain,improving theagriculturalsocial service system,and promoting coordinated development between the edible fungus industryand ecological conservation, providing experience and referenceforthe high-qualitydevelopment of the edible fungus industry in Guizhou.
