Abstract： The confidence of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） culture is fundamentally related to the development of TCM culture，so it is necessary to attch importance to the confidence education in TCM culture.To strengthen the confidence education in TCMculture helps to uphold the“soul”of Marxism and the“root”of TCM culture，consolidate the cultural subjectivity of students of TCM colleges and universities，and enhance the cultural identity and social responsibility of both educational subjects.Under the guidance of “the second integration”，strengthening education in TCM cultural confidence must adhere to the theoretical foundation of excelent traditional Chinese culture and the basic principles of Marxism.It should uphold the preservation of the essence and innovation as a key principle in fostering cultural confidence in TCM.Through the continuous demonstration of TCM' s efficacy， strengths，and practicality， students in TCM institutions can achieve a transition from mere awareness to identification with TCMculture，and from

consciousness to confidence in it.
