Exploration of the“Employment+” Approach in “One-stop” Student Communities forMedical Undergraduates

Abstract： Under the requirements for high-quality and full employment in the new era，medical undergradu ates face severe challenges including structural imbalance，supply-demand mismatch，and ineffcient information transmission in their employment prospects.Exploring more precise and efective modes for employment promotion has become an urgent dilemma to resolve. Focusing on the construction of“one-stop” student communities and based on collaborative govermance theory，this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the current employment situation and predicaments faced by medical undergraduates. Through empirical data， the research reveals the root causes of these problems. It systematically elucidates the unique advantages of “one-stop” student communities in integrating educational resources such as Party building，management， services，and culture，thus providing a practical approach to resolving the structural contradictions in the employment of medical undergraduates.
