Abstract：As thecore area of thethe Belt and Road，Xinjiang has ushered ina rare development opportunity inthesocio-economicdevelopment.Inrecent years，Xinjiang'stourismindustry has beendeveloping rapidly， andwithitsownresourceadvantages and geographicaladvantages，it has chosen thepathof high-qualitydevelopment of the tourismindustry.The decisionof the Central Committeeof the Communist Party of China to establisha freetradepilot zonein Xinjianghasapositiveimpactonthehigh-qualitydevelopment of Xinjiang's tourism industry and has played adriving role.This article describes the current research status of theconstruction of free trade pilot zones and the high-quality development of tourismat home and abroad throughliterature search，and explores the research significance of the constructionof Xinjiang free trade pilot zones and the high-quality development of tourism.Firstly，the current situation of high-quality developmentof Xinjiang‘s tourism industry was analyzed based on statistics from the years 219-2023;Secondly， analyzethe organic relationship between the constructionof free trade pilot zones and the high-quality development of tourism from multiple dimensions，and propose the driving role.Subsequently，based on the above issues，a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the problems existing inthe high-quality development of Xinjiang’s tourism industry;Finally，a problem oriented approach was proposed toproposea highqualitydevelopment path for Xinjiang’s tourism industry fromthe perspective ofa free trade pilot zone.
