Construction of a Health Tourism Industry Evaluation System Based on Resource-Based Theory

Abstract：In the context ofthe integration of thehealthtourism industry，the development of the health tourismindustryisfacing problems suchascross-domainresourcecoordination barriersand imbalancesin the supply and demand structure of industrial value.This paper explores the heterogeneous resources of the health tourismindustry based on the resource-based theory，classifying theminto natural resources，cultural resources，medicaliresources，and social resources，and constructs a four-dimensional assessment systemfor the development of the health tourism industrybased on these heterogeneous resources.Itis found thatthecomplementaryand scarcecharacteristics of heterogeneous resources suchas natural，cultural，and medicalresources can drive innovation in healthtourismprojects.The integrated development of thehealth tourismindustryrequireseffortsinresourceidentification，capabilityconstruction，andecological collaborationitoachievesustainabledevelopment.
