Abstract：Chaxiangfang Communityin Jiaxing，is a mixed community comprising resettlement housing，commercialhousing，and industrial parks.Coupledwiththe increasinginfluxof migrants inrecent years，theaging of the community has become increasingly severe，leading to frequent trivial misunderstandings among residents and difficulties incarrying out volunteer services.Thelevel and capacity of community resident selfgovernance urgentlyneedtobeenhanced.Since 2018，Chaxiangfang Communityhas innovatedthe grassrootscommunity governance model.Addressing the three major issues of residents’“low sense of participation，poor standardization，and weak sustainability，”the community has initiated the“Five-in-One Social Work Service".From the perspective of ecosystem theory，they have focused on urban civilization construction at the microlevel（empowering communityresidents），mesolevel （incubating communityorganizations），and macro level （coordinating multipleentities）.Throughinnovative community management models，they have explored a sustainable development path for social organizations to support community micro-governance.
