Financial Management Models of Public-Welfare State-Owned Enterprises：Current Situation，Challenges and Optimization Strategies

Abstract：Withthecontinuous deepeningof the reformof state-owned enterprises，the importanceof publicwelfarestate-owned enterprisesinensuring people'slivelihood and providing publicservices has become increasingly prominent.Asacore part of enterprise operation，the scientific natureand effectiveness of the financialmanagement modelaredirectlyrelated totheoperational efficiencyof public-welfare state-owned enterprises and the achievement of public-welfare goals.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation andchallenges ofthefinancial management models of public-welfarestate-owned enterprises，explores the importanceof optimizingthefinancial management model，and proposes targeted optimizationstrategies.The aimistoprovidetheoretical support and practical guidancefor public-welfare state-owned enterprises to improve their financial management level and better fulfill their social responsibilities.
