Abstract：With therise ofartificiallintelligence，weaponization of artificial intelligence has become a legaltheme thatcannot beignored.Weak artificialintelligence weapons widelyused inwar have brought serious harmtolife，and itspositionin the protectionof therighttolifeandlegalregulationremains to be discussed.Theambiguityof personal privacy broughtbyartificialintelligence weapons，theuncleardefinitionof responsibilityofartificialintelligenceweaponsandtheimperfectionofrelevantlegal systemsall hindertheprotectionof humanliferightsinwar conflicts.Therefore，itisveryimportant tolegallyregulatetheweaponizationofartificialintelligence.Ontheonehand，relevantinternationallegalframework should be established and the subject of responsibility should bedefined.On the other hand，we should strengthen the protection of privacy and data security，and promote the improvement of ethics.The protectionoftherighttolife shouldnot becompromised becauseofthedevelopment of science and technologyand the wide application of artificial intelligence.
