Abstract：Further comprehensivelydeepeningreformisthelatest expressionof thereformdiscoursesystem of the Communist Party of China inthenewera，providing discourse supportfor Chinese modernization with ideological appeal，practicalunifying powerandinternationalinfluence.Thecontext offurther comprehensively deepening reform has reflected the distinctive theoretical extension，historical continuityand realisticcontinuity.Inthisprocess，ithasconstructedatheoretical narrativewith“strategicunification theory，value subject theory，goal strategy theory，systemmainline theory，and scientific methodology”as itscoreessence，and hascatalyzed the reform strategy through“theoretical discourse accuratelyidentifying the mechanismof reform，people's discourse uniting the consensus of reform，Chinese modernization system constructing the reform strategy，and conservative and innovative expression catalyzing the reform strategy".
