Abstract：Thecomprehensive promotionof ruralrevitalizationstrategy has playedan important rolein promotingrural economic development and providingeffective assistancefor social progress forcollege students toreturn home for employment and entrepreneurship.However，at present，due tothe manydifficulties faced bycollege students returningtotheir hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship，their positive role hasnot been fully utilized.Therefore，thisarticledeeply analyzes thedifficulties faced by college students returning to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurshipunder the backgroundof rural revitalization，and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions，hoping to promote college students‘ return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship and helprural revitalization.
