Abstract：This study examines the challenges and opportunities of equity investments byinsurance funds in China under the dualinfluence of policy guidance and market constraints.By analyzingthe impact of policy evolutiononinvestment patterns andthe practicallimitations such as riskmanagement andassessment mechanisms，thestudy reveals that whilepolicyrelaxationcreatesfavorableopportunities for insurancefunds in emerging industries，issues likeinsufficient management frameworks and limited market adaptabilityremain. This research provides case analysis and empirical suggestions to optimizemarket-oriented allocation efficiency and enhance investment outcomes in strategic emerging industries.
