Abstract：Thecore of modern market competitionis the competition for talents，and human resources development is a fundamental element for thesurvival anddevelopment ofenterprises.With the changes in technology，population，and economic development models，products are iterating at an accelerated pace，and there isacomprehensive transformationof oldand newdrivingforces.The development of enterprises has entered a critical period of transformation，and the structure of human resources demand has undergone tremendous changes.General Secretary Xi put forwardthe strategy of rejuvenating the countrythrough science and educationinthereportofthe20thNational Congress of the Communist Partyof China，promotingtheintegrationof industryand education，and the integrationof science，education，and industry，pointingout the direction foroptimizinghumanresourcesreserveandresolving theimbalance between supplyanddemandinthe job market.It has important practicalvalue to face the realistic dilemmas of enterprise human resources reserve based on the integration of industry and education and propose solutions.
