Abstract：As the comprehensive strict governance of the Party continues to deepen，public hospitals，as key areas with concentrated capital and abundant resources，face unprecedented pressure in the prevention and controlof corruption risksand the fight against corruption.Thedisciplinary inspection and supervision team is the core force of the hospital’s internal supervision system，and its performance directly impacts the healthy development and clear ecological environment of the hospital. However，public hospital disciplinary inspection and supervision teams are currently facing a series of prominent challengesin human resource management，including unclearrolepositioning，imbalanced personnel structure，insufficient professional capabilities，and limited career development. This paper utilizes the AMO theory （AbilityMotivation-0pportunity） in human resource management to conduct an integrated analysis of the underlying reasons behind these difficulties.Based on this，the paper systematically proposes countermeasures and solutions for buildinganew human resource management model for public hospital disciplinary inspection and supervisionteams inthenewera fromfourdimensions：optimizingtop-leveldesign，innovatingtalentacquisitionandutilization，strengtheningtechnological empowerment，andimprovingtheincentiveandguarantee system.Theaimistoexploreeffective pathways for buildinga professional disciplinaryinspection and supervision teamthat is politically strong，professionallyskilled，and hasa rigorous work style，providing referenceforthehigh-qualitydevelopmentof publichospitaldisciplinaryinspectionand supervision work in the new era.
