Abstract： This article explores the teaching reform and practice of communication engineering courses from the perspective of cultivating morality and talents.Byanalyzing the challenges currently faced by the education of communication engineering courses，it is proposed to deepen the reform of professionalcourse teaching，strengthen practical education，andcultivate students'comprehensive qualityand innovation ability with thecore of cultivating students'moral character.Taking the course of mobile communication principles as an example，this paper expounds the practiceandapplicationof teachingreformofprofesional courses，designs cases withideologicaland political elements， selects teaching methods，adopts theInternet plus teachingmode，improves teachingquality，andcultivatescommunication engineering talents with both professonal knowledge and noble moralityto meet the needs ofsocial development.
