Abstract： Big data technology has functions such as data analysis， mining，colection，and processing.Applying it to communication engineering project management can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of communication engineering project management.The article analyzes the application value of big data technology in communication engineering project management from the perspective of its application. From the dimensions of project planning and scheduling，risk prediction management，resource alocation optimization，real-time monitoring and feedback，the article summarizes the application solutions of big data technology in communication enginering project management， in order to achieve the goal of comprehensively improving the quality of communication engineering project management.
