Abstract： In the wave of digital procurement， tobacco companies are facing unprecedented oportunitiesand challenges. The construction ofa digital procurement technology framework，especially the application of big dataand artificial intelligence，hasbecome thecore driving force for promoting the modernization and high-qualitydevelopmentof the tobacco industry.At the same time，the application of cloud computing and Internet of Things technology will enable tobacco companies tomonitor everyaspect ofthe procurement field inreal time， which isof greatsignificance for improving procurement eficiency，optimizingcostcontrol，strengtheningsupplychainresilience，andpreventing integity risks.Therefore，inorderto efectivelypromote thehealthyandsustainabledevelopmentof the tobacco industry，this articleanalyzes and studies the digital transformation of the procurement field toassist the modernization and highquality development of tobacco enterprises， for reference and inspiration.
