Abstract: Personalized teaching is currentlyaresearch hotspot in the field of education,and the large amount of dataaccumulatedbyonline educationplatforms provides richdatasupportforpersonalized teaching research.Thearticle takes the "Data Structures" course as an example to explore the application of personalized teaching in computer science education,and proposes a personalized teaching method, which establishes the correlationbetween knowledge points, learning resources,and exercises through an online teaching platform. Teachers analyze students' learning data on the platform,and basedonthe learningdataand thesecorrelationrelationships,provide in-depthandaccurate personalized teaching design and personalized recommendations for individual students.Practice has shown that this method can significantly improve the computational thinking and programming abilities of intermediate level students.
