行政管理档案信息化建设对策研究

Abstract： Administrative management archives are valuable historical data records generated during the process of administrative management， which have important value in promoting the high-quality development of administrative management work. Under the background of "Internet plus"， the informatization construction of administrativearchives has become a general trend，which isof great significance to therealizationof the electronizationand digitalization ofadministrativearchives.This article first elaborates on thenecessity of informationization construction in administrative management archives; Secondly，the problems in the process of informationization construction of administrative management archives were analyzed; Finaly，countermeasures for the informatization construction of administrative management archives were proposed from three aspects： increasing equipment investment，improving the eficiencyof physical archive management，promoting information integration， and empowering theopen sharing of building archives.It is hoped that these measures can provide some reference for the development of related work.
