Abstract：With the rapid development of information technology，artificial intelligence （AI） technology has becomeakey driver forthe digital transformation of telecommunications enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to explorethe application of AI technologyin the digitaltransformationof telecommunicationsenterprises andits impact on enterprise operations，servicequality，and market competitiveness.By analyzing the background of the digital transformation of telecommunications enterprises，theoverview of AI technology，specific application cases，and the challenges faced，corrsponding solutionsare proposed to providereferenceand guidance for the digital transformation of telecommunications enterprises.
