Abstract：With the rapid development of social economy and theacceleration of life rhythm，mental health problems are increasinglyprominent，andthe public's demand for mental health services is growing rapidly.Traditional mental health services face challenges such as uneven distribution of resources and shortage of professional doctors. The rise of Internet plus mental health model has broken the geographical and time constraints，providing a new way forthe popularization and optimization of mentalhealth services.The future development direction willpay more atentionto the integration ofintelligence and personalized services，explorecros-border cooperationand innovative service models，and promote the popularization and standardization of services.Intended to provide reference for building a more efficient and convenient mental health service system.
