Abstract：ThecurrentAIhardware integrationdesign stillfaces challenges inmultiscenarioadaptation，model lightweighting，and scalability，and it is difficult to findthe optimal balance betweenreal-time requirements and response speed.This article aims to address this issue from three aspects，using scenario based model compression and optimization techniques to improve the performance of the model in resource constrained scenarios and adapt to scene requirements;Thecombination of customized hardware design and scenario based softwareand hardware colaboration enhances thecompatibilityand scalabilityof the system，thereby meeting the needsof multi scenario applications; Adopting hardware datasecurityand privacy protection technologies tailored to scene characteristics to ensure the security of data during localization processing and transmission.
