Abstract： This paper explores how colleges and universities can use digital and inteligent technologies to innovate the student management model and adapt to the developmenttrendof the Internet era.Through multi-agent collborativecooperation，the managementand servicecapabilities will be enhanced.Big data technology will be utilized to conduct in-depth integrated analysis of student information，and intelligent devices willbe employed to accurately improve students' lives and meet their diverse learning needs，aiming to promote the al-round development of students with the help of digital and intelligent technologies.
