Abstract： This article elaborates on the standardized requirements for sample circulation in terms of personnel requirements，sample reception，sample identification，sample transfer，sample handover，sample storage，sample eturn processing，andconfidentialityand security，and provides in-depth explanationsof thecontent ofeach requirement. The implementation of these standardized requirements will greatly promote processoptimization and efficiency improvement within metrologytechnology institutions，while alsocontributing to the standardized developmentof the entire society， thus providing customers with better and more efficient services.
