Abstract：With therapid development of information technology，data has become an important basis for enterprise decision-making.The construction of a data governance system can ensure the accuracy，security，and availabilityof data， while an intelligent applicationsystemcan promote the intellgenceof production and management through theintegrationof technologiessuchas theInternetofThings，bigdata，andartificial intelligence.Thearticle analyzes the strategies of enterprises in building data governance architecture，promoting the implementation of inteligent applications，enhancing data-driven decision-making capabilities，and promoting cross departmental collaboration.Through a systematic theoretical framework and practical case analysis，itreveals thechallnges and solutions faced by manufacturing enterprises in digital transformation，aiming to provide some useful references for manufacturing enterprises to smoothly achieve digital transformation.
