Abstract: This article focuses on the design of computer network security defense software based on artificial inteligence,exploring new methods and practices of network security defense in dynamic environments.Aiming atthe limitations of traditional network security measures indealing with complexattck behaviors,a modularand layered defense systemarchitecture based on artifcial inteligence technology is proposed.Through data collction, preprocessing,threat detection and defense,and alarmresponse modules,real-time perception,accurate detection, and rapid response to network threats are achieved. Adopting a combination of deep learning and machine learning methods to enhance the recognition ability of known and unknown threats, while optimizing the scalability and resource utilization efficiency of the system through distributed computing and high-performance model training.
