Abstract： This article summarizes the key deployment steps for international roaming of VoLTE S8HR based on the experience of DITO Telecom Corporation（DITO） in the Philippines China Telecom's VoLTE S8HR deployment.Itis hoped thatthis will providesome referenceasstance forsmall medium-sized international operators to quickly develop autonomous roaming services.
