Abstract： As an efficient and high-resolution analytical technique， microcolumn high performance liquid chromatography has the ability to separate， detect and quantify trace compounds. This paper discusses the application of microcolumn high performance liquid chromatography in the detection of food preservatives， heavy metals， food residues， and toxic and harmful substances in food， aiming to provide an accurate and efficient analysis method for food safety.
