摘 要：在工业互联网和智能制造的大背景下，本文结合食品生产企业在供应链管理、生产过程质量控制、产品质量追溯、产品质量改进方面存在的难点，阐述了一种基于工业互联网和智能制造技术的食品生产质量管理体系的构建与实现过程。
