Abstract: Food safety has always been one of the focal points of society, and food chemical analysis, as a crucial element in ensuring food safety, holds a significant position in the food industry. However, food chemical analysis faces a series of challenges, including inconsistencies in technical standards, incomplete inspection systems, and the complexity of inspection procedures. This paper aims to analyze the problems existing in food chemical analysis and propose relevant strategies to enhance the level of food safety testing and regulation.
