苹果醋饮料过滤工艺技术研究

摘 要:苹果醋饮料调配过滤是苹果醋饮料生产的重要环节之一,其效果直接影响到产品感官及稳定性。本文对苹果醋饮料过滤工艺技术进行了研究,最终确认用0.45 μm PE过滤袋替代精细过滤纸板的过滤工艺能较好保证苹果醋饮料品质,同时可减少纸板过滤产生的废水、废纸板,达到节能降耗的目的。

Research on the Filtration Technology of Apple Cider Vinegar Beverage

Abstract: Filtration of apple cider vinegar beverage is one of the important links in the production of apple cider vinegar beverage, and its effect has a direct impact on the sensory and stability of the product. In this paper, the filtration technology of apple cider vinegar beverage was studied, and it was finally confirmed that the filtration process of replacing the fine filtering cardboard with 0.45 μm PE filter bag could better guarantee the quality of apple cider vinegar beverage, and at the same time, it could reduce the waste water and waste cardboard produced by cardboard filtration and realize the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
